Carns Milà has a wide variety of products with different presentations and types of packaging, according to the customer’s needs. All of our products undergo strict quality and traceability control, guaranteeing our products’ hygiene-health conditions at all times. Our suppliers are required to meet the demands established at Carns Milà, in order to obtain excellent quality meats and to guarantee the preservation of all of their nutritional qualities, taste, and appearance.

Veal

Selection of females and males with R-U rating and fat level 2-3-4 (SEUROP).

Selection of different breeds and origins. With varying degrees of maturation and infiltration. We have a wide selection of cuts, and made from mature and premium cow.

Pork

Lamb and kid

Selection of quartered lamb with two sales categories according to weight. Kids weighing less than 4.5 kg.

Chicken

Selection of yellow and white Catalan chicken.
Whole with weights from 1.5 to 2.5kg
Eviscerated weights from 0.800 to 1.6kg.

We also have free-range chickens, certified, organic, smallholding, and noble of up to 3.8kg.

Chicken for butcher’s shops, restaurants or rotisseries,

Presentation

Chicken for rotisseries come with the legs tied or not, and completely plucked and cleaned. In bulk or in a thermo-sealed tray.

Rabbit meat

Rabbit from Teruel and Tarragona. From 800 to 1.4kg

Fresh processed goods

Selection of our own highest-quality raw materials for the production of fresh processed goods. (Beef, pork with a denomination of origin, Iberian pork).

Raw llonganissa and botifarra pork sausages with a denomination of origin and Iberian pork, 100% beef hamburger, meatballs, chorizo sausage and chistorra sausage.

Imported meats

Selection of the best foreign meats.

White Dutch beef, pink Dutch beef, Angus beef from Ireland, Angus Premium Black from the USA, Wagyu Kobe meat and other meats.

Frozen

A wide range of products filleted or cut for the hotel and catering sector.

Beef (boneless steak, filet, churrasco, sirloin steaks, filet, other). Pork (loin, cutlet, filet, rib, trotters, pork collar, others). Lamb and kid (ribs, shoulders, thighs, others).
All of the frozen products have been frozen optimally, using a freezing tunnel at -40ºC and then kept at -20ºC.
